Due to high demand, there could be slight delays in shipping timelines for Black Friday, but I’ll keep you informed. Happy Shopping and thank you for being here!

Creating Your Unique Order:

Hi, I’m Sandra.  As the person behind Dog Mom, I want you to know that each product you order is specially made just for you. After you place your order, I personally oversee the process of getting the base item and customizing it to your specifications. I aim to process all orders within 3 to 5 business days, not counting weekends or holidays. You’ll get a notification from me as soon as your order is on its way!

Domestic Shipping in South Africa:

I offer a flat shipping rate of R100 across South Africa. I make use of various couriers through BobGo, including The Courier Guy, Internet Express, Fastway, Ram and Skynet. Delivery typically takes 2-3 days from shipping date. So, you can expect your unique Dog Mom product to reach you within 7-10 working days from the time I receive your payment.

Free Shipping Just for You:

I’m excited to offer free shipping for all orders over R1000! Please note, this currently excludes Ramps and Dog Feeders, but I’m working hard to find cost-effective shipping options for these items too.

Local Pickup in Sunningdale, Cape Town:

If you’re nearby, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. Once you’ve chosen local pickup at checkout, I’ll get your order ready within 3 to 5 business days. I’ll send you an email with all the pickup details. You can collect your order between 08h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday. Just bring your order confirmation email along.

Currently, Just Shipping Locally:

At the moment, I’m focusing on delivering within South Africa. But who knows what the future holds!

Want to Track Your Order?

Once your order is shipped, I’ll send you an email with a tracking number. It might take about 48 hours for the tracking info to be available. If there’s any delay beyond 5 days after you receive the shipping confirmation, please contact me at info@dogmom.co.za with your name and order number, and I’ll look into it personally.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. Here’s how I handle these situations:

• For Returns: If you’re looking to return a non-faulty item, please remember that as a print-on-demand business, I can only accept returns within 7 days of delivery and if the item is unused and in its original condition. In such cases, the return shipping costs will need to be covered by you. I’ll refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs. I’m here to assist you with the process, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.

• For Faulty or Incorrect Items: If something’s not right with your order, like a damaged item or a mix-up, please contact me at info@dogmom.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item. I’m committed to resolving these issues in a way that’s fair and satisfactory to you, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

• For Sizing Issues: Please note that I’m unable to offer refunds for sizing issues since each item is made to order just for you. However, I’m available to help you select the right size before ordering, so please use the sizing charts and reach out if you need any guidance.
