Yes, our ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe. However, it is normal for the print to fade over time (don’t worry, this takes a LOT of time.) To preserve the image, we recommend only using the top drawer of the dishwasher and keeping your mugs as far away from the heating element as possible.
While our mugs withstand dishwasher use well, our tumblers and sports bottles might not fare as well. The tumblers can technically be washed in a dishwasher, but they are more susceptible to the abrasive chemicals and high heat, which could potentially damage the designs. To maintain their appearance and integrity, we advise handwashing these tumblers instead of using the dishwasher.
Orders ship between 3 – 5 days after receiving payment. As soon as we receive your order, we order the item from our suppliers. In the case of t-shirts and hoodies, we do not keep stock due to the wide variety of colors and sizes available on the Dog Mom Shop. As soon as we receive the item from the supplier, we print, where necessary and ship. The courier usually takes 2-3 days for main centres, so you can expect delivery of your order within 5-8 working days from the day you place your order.
Yes, as soon as the courier has collected your item, we will email you the Waybill number and the tracking link.
Yes, we offer free collection of items from Sunningdale, Cape Town. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange collection and provide you with the collection address.
