If we’re unable to use the picture you provide, we’ll contact you for another one. For the best results, send a high resolution photo with your pet brightly lit. Be sure to zoom in on the picture to make sure it doesn’t look blurry or pixelated when enlarged. Screenshots from your phone are generally not high resolution… we can work with them to the best of our abilities if it’s the only option. You are welcome to send more than one image and we will use the one that works best. You will be sent a proof before we go ahead with printing.
