This lovingly hand-crafted Folding Car Ramp is perfect when it comes to protecting your dog’s joints.
- Slim & Compact – Because the ramp folds in half, it easily stores behind your car seat or in your boot.
- Easy to carry and store – Due to comfortable strap handles, the ramp is easy to handle, carry and store away.
- High traction rubber – Until now, the majority of car ramps on the market have had a “sandpaper-type grip”, which doesn’t offer the best traction for dogs with longer nails. That’s why our Dog Car Ramps feature a comfortable 3mm high traction rubber surface for comfort and superior grip.
- Durable & Stylish – Each ramp features a rubber grip where the ramp hits the road, protecting the ramp from damage, whilst giving extra grip and stabilisation. Also, our rubber feet protect the ramp when stored or set down on the road.
- Soft on paws – Due to the ramp’s soft rubber surface your dog will have comfortable padding and better grip.
- Foam car protector – In order to protect your car from scratches, these dog ramps feature a large foam bumper where the ramp meets your car, thereby protecting it, whilst also providing grip and stability for the ramp.
- Rubber surface grip for stability on all surfaces – The rubber grip on the bottom of the dog ramp provides grip on tar or tiles or carpet, meaning that you can use your Dog Car Ramp on a variety of surfaces and for a variety of uses. This means you can use it for your dog to get onto the bed or couch if needed.
- Tested up to 70kg – The Dog Mom Dog Car Ramp has been tested by a Veterinary Physiotherapist on dogs weighing 70kg.

RECOMMENDED BY THE PROFESSIONALS
Dog Mom is definitely my first call when it comes to recommendations for my clients. As a veterinary physiotherapist, I often deal with patients who range from mild to severe physical compromise and no matter the degree, we always recommend making the efforts of jumping on and off high surfaces easier on their bodies. Sandra’s attention to detail and understanding of the value of a strong and low gradient ramp makes her ramps superior in the market. Your pet deserves perfect quality and Dog Mom is undoubtedly able to deliver. – Kirsten Straszacker – Owner of Startline Veterinary Physiotherapy
As a Veterinary Rehabilitation Practitioner, I highly recommend these ramps for any pet with orthopedic or spinal issues. The ramp’s correct angle reduces the concussive forces on joints, especially during downward movement, preventing accidents and minimizing strain. The durable design, combined with excellent traction from the rubber surface, ensures my dogs can move up and down safely without slipping. – Lorren Barham – Owner of Pet Wellness Worx
As a dog trainer, behaviourist and owner of a doggy daycare/kennel, I frequently recommend Dog Mom car and couch ramps to my clients with elderly dogs, both big and small. Especially to clients with large and giant breed puppies to avoid any injury to their developing joint and bones. These ramps are so wonderfully crafted with both function and elegance in mind. Sandra’s passion for dogs and their wellbeing is very evident, especially her attention to detail. Her client service goes above and beyond as well! – Kerry McDonald – Owner of Pet-i-Ket Daycare, Training & Kennels
Debbie (verified owner) –
This Folding Car Ramp was a lifesaver after my ageing spaniel had major surgery. I had no idea how I was going to lift her in and out of the car safely, as the wound was the length of her belly. As it turned out, the ramp came more in handy navigating the steps to the backyard – only two, roughly brick height, but still – with so many stitches that they took an hour to remove it must have been extremely painful for her to move. Jessie is hugely motivated by food rewards so got on and off the ramp fairly easily following a trail of biscuit treats.
The ramp is so beautifully made – it’s a joy to use. It is sturdy and stable. My grandfather was into woodwork and made a lot of furniture I still use. It reminded me of that. The ramp is thoughtfully put together and finished with varnish. Handles make it comfortable to lift or carry and fold neatly into the car’s boot. I didn’t get as far as teaching Jessie to use the ramp to get in and out of the car – I figured out a way to lift her eventually because it was quicker and easier for me – but I know I’ll need it someday. (Jessie did, however, manage to use it to come down off the couch when I discovered she’d jumped on to it at some point a few days of surgery – a sign she was feeling better or the swelling was going down, or both!) Thanks for making such a great product! I can highly recommend it.

Dear Debbie – Thank you so much for your wonderful review. I’m so glad it made Jessie’s life a little easier post-surgery and I hope that she is going from strength-to-strength. Thank you for your kind words about the ramp design and construction – it is so appreciated. <3
